Hey y’all,
Happy Monday to ya! We’re still adjusting to the time change in my house, so there will probably be some grumpy mornings for the next week or so, lol…
I know we can’t be the only ones struggling, are we? Ahh well, what can you do? ;)
Well it’s the beginning of the second week of the third Festive Friday challenge, and its an Element challenge this time around with the theme, Snowflakes! I love everything about snowflakes… they’re a beautiful reminder of the holiday season, and being down here in Louisiana, the closest I get to seeing any snowflakes most times is on my cards, lol!
So needless to say, I’m loving this theme. I used some paper and elements from the Dear Lizzy Christmas collection, along with some distressed dream binding and a wood veneer snowflake from Maya Road.
Pretty fun, no? I’m now officially one card closer to being prepared for the holidays! :) Join us over at the Festive Friday blog, and have a look at the awesome projects that have already been submitted. If you play along all year (for most challenges), you’ll have a chance to win a fabulous grand prize. Fun stuff. :)
Thanks for stopping through today… See ya soon!

Nice holiday card! Great colors and design. Like all of the different design elements you’ve got going on. We’re having a bit of sunshine in northern IL today, but the snow flurries will be flying tonight. As they say “winter ain’t over til the white stuff stops fallin.” And … that hasn’t happened yet. Hee! :D
